Catering terms.

Final payment is due no later than 10 days before your event. Payment may be made by cash or certified funds.

With Love Culinary Co. reserves the right to cancel service if the final balance is not paid by the deadline.

Upon approval of your final menu, your event date and time will be officially reserved.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of menu approval. This amount will be applied to your total invoice and deducted from the final balance owed.

With Love Culinary Co. will provide a professional recommendation regarding the amount of food required based on the estimated number of guests. If the client chooses to decline or adjust our suggested quantities, With Love Culinary Co. is not responsible for food shortages.

If the guaranteed minimum guest count is not met, the client remains responsible for payment based on the guaranteed minimum, and understands that food quantities will be prepared according to the confirmed number, not the actual number in attendance. No adjustments, refunds, or credits will be issued if fewer guests attend.

• 60 days or more prior to the scheduled event

  The deposit will be retained by With Love Culinary Co.

• 30 to 59 days prior

  Client is responsible for 25% of the total event cost.

• 10 to 29 days prior

  Client is responsible for 50% of the total event cost.

• Less than 9 days prior

  Client is responsible for the full balance of the event total.

All menu pricing is subject to New Jersey State Sales Tax of 6.625 percent. If your organization is tax exempt, please provide a valid exemption certificate.

A mandatory service charge of 10%, 15% or 20%, set by With Love Culinary Co. for each event and stated on your quote, is applied to all catered events and is calculated on the food subtotal only. It is not calculated on staffing, delivery, sales tax, or any other separately stated charge. The service charge is not a gratuity: gratuity for the crew is optional, separately stated where given, and left entirely to the client’s discretion at the event.

New Jersey sales tax of 6.625% applies to the food, the mandatory service charge, and any staffing or delivery charges on an ordinary taxable catering order.

Please note, additional fees may apply for chafing stations, sternos, linens, utensils, setup, cleanup services, servers, bartenders, or any other staffing and equipment needs required to execute your event.

We currently accept cash and certified funds. A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date; the balance is due 10 days before the event.

Online card payment is not currently available. If that changes, this page will say so.

With Love Culinary Co. is not responsible or liable for any inability to provide services caused by acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control. (Examples: hurricanes, snow storms, floods, state of emergency situations, and other acts of God.)
